Furthermore, our kit is not compatible with DC fans.

Our remote control kit is compatible with most AC fans that have 3 wires. If the fan has more than 3 wires, contacting an electrician is advised. The kit is also compatible with Hunter, Harbor, Honeywell, and any other brand in the market, and can be used with ceiling fans with or without lights.

To reset the remote, remove the battery and press any key multiple times to discharge the residual power in the remote. Then wait 10 to 20 minutes, reinstall the battery, and try to control the fan again. To repair the remote and receiver, power on the fan, push and hold the 'stop' and '8H' buttons at the same time until the indicator on the remote goes off, and follow the additional steps provided.
